Apricot-Ginger Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon Fox Mustard (optional)
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup Vermont Maple Passions Apricot-Orange Syrup
Directions
Combine all ingredients and microwave two-three minutes until thickened in small bowl. You may also thicken in small saucepan over medium heat.
Note: This is great with any seafood, fish, poultry, beef, quick stir fry, glaze while grilling or broiling, side sauce and dip!
