Mud Pie with "Simply Divine Brownies"

Brownie Ingredients

  • 2 bags of Simply Divine Brownies’ Sweet Conclusions
  • 1 pint Ben and Jerry’s vanilla ice cream
  • 1 pint Ben and Jerry’s coffee ice cream

Brownie Directions

Press 2 cups of Simply Divine Brownies’ Sweet Conclusions in a greased springform pan. Spread 1 pint of Ben and Jerry’s vanilla ice cream over crumbs. Place in freezer until firm. Press 2 cups of Simply Divine Brownies’ Sweet Conclusions on top of vanilla ice cream. Spread 1 pint of Ben and Jerry’s coffee ice cream over crumbs. Place in freezer until frozen. Make Fudge Sauce while the cake freezes. When cake is frozen, spread chilled sauce over top of cake. Top each serving with a dollop of whipped cream.

Fudge Sauce Ingredients

  • 6 oz. high quality semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 tbsp. pure vanilla extract

Fudge Sauce Directions

Melt chocolate in top of double boiler until melted. Add 1/2 cup heavy cream, corn syrup and vanilla extract and whisk until smooth. Remove from heat. Chill.
