Maple Vinaigrette Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Vermont Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Pour desired amount over fresh greens. Refrigerate remaining dressing. Will keep for several weeks.
