Salmon Burger

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. salmon
  • 1 tbsp. fine diced red onions
  • 1 tsp. capers
  • 1 ea. egg
  • 2 tbsp. bread crumbs
  • 1 thin slice dill havarti cheese
  • Aioli
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 cup salad oil
  • 1 tsp. garlic
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard (Can substitute mayo, lemon juice and Dijon and will work just fine)
  • Lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Burger Bun

Directions

  1. With spoon take salmon off the skin
  2. Add ingredients together in a mixing bowl
  3. Mix well together
  4. Form burger patties
  5. Place on grill and cook
  6. Aioli
    • In blender add garlic and egg yolks
    • Slowly add oil
    • Once oil is incorporated into the yolks shut of blender. 4. Add remaining ingredients and blend together Build your sandwich and enjoy
