Salmon Burger

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. salmon
- 1 tbsp. fine diced red onions
- 1 tsp. capers
- 1 ea. egg
- 2 tbsp. bread crumbs
- 1 thin slice dill havarti cheese
- Aioli
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 cup salad oil
- 1 tsp. garlic
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard (Can substitute mayo, lemon juice and Dijon and will work just fine)
- Lettuce
- Tomatoes
- Burger Bun
Directions
- With spoon take salmon off the skin
- Add ingredients together in a mixing bowl
- Mix well together
- Form burger patties
- Place on grill and cook
- Aioli
- In blender add garlic and egg yolks
- Slowly add oil
- Once oil is incorporated into the yolks shut of blender. 4. Add remaining ingredients and blend together Build your sandwich and enjoy
