Buttermilk Panna Cotta with Marinated Citrus

Recipe courtesy of Chef Kevin Lasko – Vermont Farms Catering


1 tsp Powdered Gelatin 1/2 Cup Half & Half 1/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract 3/4 Cup Buttermilk

1/4 tsp Salt


Combine all ingredients except buttermilk in saucepan. Bring to a simmer, remove from heat and add in buttermilk, hit with stick blender and pour into containers.

Marinated Citrus
1 Orange
1 Grapefruit
1 Blood Orange
5 Leaves Basil
Coarse Ground Black Pepper 1 tsp Grated Ginger

1 tsp Sugar

Combine all ingredients.

Makes 4
